Warranty Coverage:
OKHTEIN products are protected by a warranty of 6 to 12 months from the original date of purchase, subject to applicable conditions and exclusions. This warranty covers any faults arising from defective parts or manufacturing defects.
- Cardholders, Belts, Wallets, and Small Leather Goods: 6-months warranty.
- Bags: 12-months warranty.
- OKHTEIN Fine Jewelry : Lifetime warranty.
Our products are eligible for repair under the following conditions:
- A proof of purchase must be provided (Invoice number). Note: Your invoice number is sent to you on your provided email or SMS number upon purchase.
- The item must not be missing any accessories or hardware parts. (Missing accessories or hardware parts may be replaced with additional charges).
- Must be purchased from OKHTEIN authorized stores only.
Please Note:
- If your 6-12 months warranty has expired, charges may be applicable for repair.
- The quality control inspection can take up to 7 business days and the repair process time estimate will be shared after inspection.
- Additional Charges will apply if no proof of purchase is provided.
What we are not responsible for:
- Loss of hardware or any additional accessories.
- Scratches and abrasions.
- The fading which occurs in the areas of greatest wear, should not be considered defects but fundamental aspects of natural leather.
- Leather damages resulting from misuse.
- Raffia damages resulting from misuse.
- Normal wear and aging of natural materials.
- Damage arising from unauthorized alterations.
- Broken shades' handles.
- Missing/Broken shades' lenses.
Note: Elements such as oils, make up, perfumes, creams and or alcohol applied to the leather, brass, or the gold plated hardware can compromise its natural beauty and performance capabilities; therefore, they shall not be considered defects.

Requesting REPAIR:
IN STORE Drop Offs (Option currently available in Cairo, Egypt and City Walk Dubai, UAE store branch only):
Step 1: Send an email to [email protected] attching a copy of your purchase invoice along with full pictures of the item that needs repair, and a detailed description of the fault.
Note: Pictures should include all sides of the item.
Step 2: Our team will evaluate the item with our artisans and you shall receive a feedback within 7 working days whether it can be repaired or not.
Once accepted for repair, please drop off your bag at the nearest Okhtein store branch and fill out the form provided by our store manager.

Step 3: Your item shall be sent to our factories where our artisans will evaluate your item and provide an estimate time and cost for the required repair. The repair process will begin as soon as you have accepted the estimate.
Step 4: Once the repair has been completed, your item will be returned to the same store where it was originally dropped off and you will be contacted by our advisor for pick up.
