Return/Exchange requests must meet the below requirements:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase (In Store) or from the date of delivery (Online orders).
  • Proof of purchase must be provided via order/Invoice number.
  • Returned products should be unused and returned with all tags & labels intact in their protective packaging.
  • Your returned product should be returned in the same original protective packaging (carton box, dust bags etc.) to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

Please note that OKHTEIN has the right to refuse accepting returned items if used and if without original packaging condition.

Note that if a returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the address of the original order and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your order.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

 

ONLINE PURCHASES:

1- Please request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply complete the return form online or email us your request at [email protected].

2- A pick up will be arranged with an additional shipping fee depending on your location. Please note that it can take up to 15 days for us to receive your return.

3- Once your return is accepted at our quality department, your refund will be credited back via the same payment method used to purchase your order (Excluding shipping fees).  Refunds can take between 4-15 business days depending on your payment provider.

Please note that: Online purchases cannot be returned at any of the OKHTEIN stores.

 

IN STORE PURCHASES:

1- Head to your nearest Okhtein store branch and drop off your order in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt, along with the purchase invoice sent to your email or SMS upon purchase. (This policy applies to orders bough from OKHTEIN only)

2. Simply complete the return request in our After Sales Assistance form.

3- Once your return is accepted at our quality check, your refund will be credited back via the same payment method used to purchase your order. Refunds can take between 4-15 business days depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES:
